UI/UX really needs improvement. It takes too much time to load, even when switching between features like account view and user details. Also, please consider adding features to see how much money is received and spent this month, maybe with a month-wise breakdown, without needing to download the full statement. And make account details easier to copy — like account number, IFSC code, card details, etc. It’s really frustrating when you can’t copy basic info easily.

When i try to download your New App, Im told your app is not compatible with my device. I have OS 6.1, not compatible. Now I'm stuck with the older APP which doesn't work anymore or allow me to recharge or make complaint, I uninstalled the old App and reinstalled it and still unable to recharge. I'm not buying a new phone because your app isn't compatible. We not all rich. Useless Apps and support. Huge inconvenience to me.. Fix this or 1000s will change banks.

Worst experience; I have paid money to someone ,it was debited from my account and not credited to his account, I visited IOB branch for 3 days for this issue I didn't find any solution for it, complaint has been raised no response was received. The worst bank I have ever seen.
