About this app

9/4/24- Works Great! Took a bit to setup, but once connected, no tech issues at all. The Alerts Are The Problem. There are no real notifications. The alerts are silently stored in the app and you have no idea what happened or who came by in real time. You also cannot share the alerts, or it seems, do anything with them?! And what's the "Album" for? 11/5/24- UPDATE. Still do not know what the Album is for. AND FYI- You Cannot Share Videos from the App. AND You Cannot Delete Videos from the App.

WiFi at home works fine but mobile stopped working completely. I tried reinstalling "IPC360" app and still won't connect, show picture, on my phone when I'm away. I have 4 cameras that use the same app. I also have other manufacturer camera's that use different apps and no problem with those. It's just the Victure brand that uses IPC360. Great camera that last only a few months with their app. No longer recommend.

The camera is great but the app is very bad. Every time I open the app i will need to login twice. I didn't purchase the cloud and have used the SD card to store the videos. However, I keep getting an error message regarding the SD card and not able to get a response from the technical support. Update: Finally able to reach the technical support. Problem solved. Give back 3 ⭐ because the camera is really great.
