Please update the software and fix these issues: • App automatically closes. • HD quality switches to normal after a few seconds. • Saved device list gets deleted automatically. These issues are causing major problems. Please provide a stable update and fix them permanently.

Horrendous! Stops working all the time, especially on mobile devices, for absolutely no apparent reason. Then decides to work again. Our interet is perfect with massive speed, multiple security installers have been called out to verify the problem, this app is always the reason.. We may aswell have spent the 10k on a holiday and left the house unlocked with windows open, instead of the 10k on our camera installation that was connected to this useless app!

I install TVT systems for almost all of my customers, dispite some buggie camera firmware the app has been what sells the system. But not any more, it's to slow to load. It's now just the same as other cctv systems apps. There's no more reason to preference TVT over Dahua or the likes. If this is how the app Is going to function from now on, I won't be installing TVT any more.
