The snapshot doesn't show the image in my new phone. Also, it starts to send me notifications when some cars pass across the road beyond the crossing line which I don't need.

app will shut off if not used for a week. App goes into restrictive mode, and will not accept password or e mail address.. Our camera was fitted by registered electrician, and familiar with app and camera. stay away from this app and the camera. Still locked out.

The app is average in comparison to Reolink which I also use. Overly complicated but seemingly less functions, not intuitive. Now I have a problem where when this app is open on my phone, even in the background, when I'm in the car it is constantly calling the number 10000000 by phone via Bluetooth and won't stop until I ully close the app.
