Everything was fine until I logged out. I tried to log back in and the app didn't let me. I reset the password and I can login online but not on the app. I restarted the phone and tried again, made no difference. I uninstall the app and installed it again, nothing. The app just doesn't respond. Also there isn't any chat options or phone number I can call.... really waste of time to install the app, I'll check online instead...

Worst airline travel app I've ever come across. Nothing works. Not even their website. The app says to update to the latest version... which doesn't exist. Uninstall and then reinstall from Play Store, same message. Cannot check in, cannot update baggage, cannot edit details and can't get through to anyone in customer service! Absolute shambles of an application, website & company. Would rather have paid double for a flight with an alternative airline. Never using ITA again.

App seems to work fine if you sign up for their login or open an account separately on a computer or browser. I was able to download the app on my Samsung and login and see my seats and my tickets perfectly fine. ok when I tried to check into my flight it just completely stopped working. says I need to use a browser because it thinks I'm a bot. terrible
