Unfortunately, a rather poor experience. I have just spent 50 minutes trying in vain to watch the final 15 minutes of an episode of Lewis. Keeps crashing, nothing wrong with my internet connection I am an IT professional myself so I am completely certain about that. Each time the app crashes you have to resume the episode manually and suffer through an ad break to see if it will load again. It did eventually load but crashed again. I tried several times and have now given up.

I was very happy when ITV hub went because it was total garbage. Crashed far too often, menu was like a rabbit warren, too many adverts when resuming a program. But ITV have somehow managed to replace it with something even worse. Aside from retaining all the faults from the previous iteration, now we have a selection of new ones. .Once I start playing a program, I don't have the facility to pause or rewind. ITV - you really should be ashamed of yourselves for releasing such tripe. Sort it out.

Garbage. It buffers, then cuts off constantly, going back to the start of the programme. The user interface is no Netflix. I only use to watch Love Island once a year, so thankfully I don't have to suffer awful service all year round. I would probably watch more, but it's too frustrating. I always take the premium subscription because I don't like adverts. I can't understand why the service is so bad for a paying customer.
