changing my review after spending more time with them. it's junk. The desktop and app fails to upload files daily. App doesn't sync to the encryption area. Webdav doesn't point to the encryption area. can't sort/search files. Desktop app allows you to select any drive for the cache yet the desktop app still creates massive tmp files in the C: drive. After uploading folders, they will be empty. They won't even give a partial refund knowing all these issues exist since it's been beyond 14 days.

This seemed like a great alternative to Google Drive at first, and it was much faster... I'm not sure what has changed, but today I'm trying to download ~60GB of data from the drive and it's downloading at LESS than 1MB per second, and my download is going to take 16 hours!!!! The PC I'm using is wired directly to a 1 Gbps connection. This is a totally unacceptable level of service. It's going to take me days to pull everything off IceDrive and look into subscribing to a better service.

After only about one day of use, I would say that I'm quite happy with Icedrive, no major complaints. The design is particularly aesthetically pleasing. I was surprised, however, to discover on the desktop version that there seems not to be any kind of function for moving a file or folder to new location. (I did eventually figure out how to do it.) The free storage quota of 10 GB is pretty good but MEGA offers 50 GB and it's also an excellent service.
