Ratings and reviews

The app works well overall as a banking platform, but the password policy needs improvement. Requiring users to change their TPIN and MPIN every 30 or 90 days (not sure which) is inconvenient. It's hard to remember new PINs each time, especially since previously used PINs can't be reused. While security is important, this approach feels overly strict and user-unfriendly. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience in future updates.

Very annoying. Very very slow. Previous app was far better. Unable to transact due to Lot of connectivity issues. Not user friendly Hangs frequently stating technical issues. If there is zero or even negative rating, will give that. Even the app support number is not functioning. Worst service. Even after months it's still the same. If possible I would give negative rating. Even till date it's the same.

It’s quite a frustrating process. To register, you need to obtain an Mpin or green pin (especially for those with no or yet to receive a debit card). Unfortunately, this requires visiting the branch in person, filling out a form, and dealing with often indifferent staff at the home branch, which can consume a lot of travel and waiting time. While the app itself functions well, the overall experience is marred by delayed service response and lack of updated documentation and forms on the website
