Ratings and reviews

They fixed what wasn't broken. Used Indigo and their app successfully for years, now it's falling apart. The app won't send OTPs, can't find a booking, & perhaps the most frustrating is the "send" button is under the "ask me" icon. A message can't be sent without opening the dialogue box which goes round in circles. Ah one thing more frustrating is staff are always saying, sorry about that, it's OK, it will be fine, just book as a guest etc. Sorry you tried to fix something that wasn't broken.

Terrible app. Don't bother going for cancelling booking option, as it's a TOTAL SCAM. You need to get an OTP which is difficult as you have an international sim and even when you get an OTP and tried cancelling, you fall down at the last hurdle, with the message "retry, or talk to an assistance" which is also as useless as the app. Don't bother wasting your time phoning in.

1 star because I can't give any less. The website has multiple issues and when it doesn't work, it keeps throwing you to the home page. Won't let me claim my bluchip points (or even acknowledge my account). Additionally, the airlines has 0 concern for their customers. Even though I met some of the kindest staff while on ground, the flight showed just how bad it could be. Broken suitcase, horrible on-flight food, insane prices. Overall, a hellscape.
