Very poor service. 1. No way to contact customer care. The number mentioned never connects you to an agent. 2. Email id mentioned on the app doesn't work. The mail bounces back when a mail is being sent to the email id. 3. On app when you go the option to create a service request, there is no option to create a service request. I wouldn't recommend Indusind to anyone

I would have liked to give stars in minus but there is no such option. Anyways worst app ever, no support for anything always they have technical issues, IVR call is never connected, no one is replying on mail, no support system is working on app. I have legend credit card which is for Movie ticket till date not a single time credit card applied for tickets.... Very Bad Very Poor Pathetic!!!!!
