The interface is quite simple and easy. Everything works well and fine. However for easier login, along with the MPIN the biometric fingerprint login option should also be added in the app.

I had one of the worst experiences using the IndusPay app. Honestly, it’s frustrating from start to finish. The app feels poorly designed, slow, and unreliable. Transactions take forever, and sometimes they don’t even go through properly, which is extremely annoying when you're depending on it. Definitely one of the most disappointing apps I’ve ever used. Would not recommend at all.
