INDUSIND Bank presents IndusPay its Unified Payments Interface(UPI) application that can be used by both INDUSIND and Non-INDUSIND customers.

Unified Payments Interface (UPI) is a payments system by NPCI which enables all bank account holders (of banks participating in UPI) to send and receive money using their smartphones with a single identifier Virtual Payment Address (VPA). Now there is no need to remember beneficiary details like Account number, IFSC Code etc.

A Virtual Payment Address (VPA) is a unique identifier for e.g. yourname@indus which can be linked to account of any bank which is enabled on UPI. Once the account is linked
you can generate your UPI PIN using debit card details linked to the account and start quoting your Virtual Payment Address (VPA) instead of quoting your account number and IFSC Code

it stopped working recently and keeps failing to verify my US phone number. The quality assurance department for all apps by IndusInd is just appalling. I think it's a country code issue. I'm using my US phone from India. it's trying to call a India number assuming it's a US #.

I would have given it -5 stars. I'm trying to login to my account it says your mobile number is not registered. okay I got it but then give me an option to register atleast 🙄 but I'm already registered and using this for some time. what the hell is going on and it's been more than 24 hours 🥲

Very Bad Experience. This app is not at all effective. I will not recommend this App and Bank as well. Very Slow Process
