INDUSIND Bank presents IndusPay its Unified Payments Interface(UPI) application that can be used by both INDUSIND and Non-INDUSIND customers.

Unified Payments Interface (UPI) is a payments system by NPCI which enables all bank account holders (of banks participating in UPI) to send and receive money using their smartphones with a single identifier Virtual Payment Address (VPA). Now there is no need to remember beneficiary details like Account number, IFSC Code etc.

A Virtual Payment Address (VPA) is a unique identifier for e.g. yourname@indus which can be linked to account of any bank which is enabled on UPI. Once the account is linked
you can generate your UPI PIN using debit card details linked to the account and start quoting your Virtual Payment Address (VPA) instead of quoting your account number and IFSC Code

Ratings and reviews

The app has not been working for the past few days. Whenever I try to open the app, an Android icon-related webpage opens instead. Please look into this issue and fix it as soon as possible.

Application issue is not resolved from last 1 months still android app is not working.

The app works very poorly, it crashes as soon as the OTP comes while registering or relogging in, as soon as the OTP is entered the app closes, WROST APP and WROST is my experience with INDUSPAY BA This app does not work properly, One of my payments got stuck, and I get no response from customer support—they don't even reply to calls or messages. I even sent an email, but there was no reply to that either. It's a useless app.
