While attempting to log in, the system frequently displays an "under maintenance" message. The user interface also feels outdated and could benefit from improvements. Additionally, it would be helpful to include options for sharing transaction details as images or PDFs, rather than plain text only.

needs a lot if improvement. statement downloading, current day statement, debit and credit should reflect immediately after the transaction is initiated and authorised, payment summary slips should be generated immediately after the transaction is initiated and authorised, request cheque leaf through the app, stop payment of cheques request,

The app is currently not very user-friendly, and it is difficult to navigate while using it. Kindly review the experience from a customer's point of view. Apps like IDFC First Bank offer quick support and smooth features, which you may consider adopting. Please take this feedback positively and improve the app and support services for a better user experience. while we are calling to support numbers always busy or wrong number 🤣🤣
