IndusInd Bank is proud to present "IndusDirect Mobile App" - our Corporate Mobile Banking Application to enable banking on the go. Corporate customers can now authorize payments via the Mobile App, view account balances and a host of other features as listed below:

1. Payment Initiation
2. Payment Authorization
3. Payment Status Enquiry
4. Account Balance (real time) view
5. Quick Statements (last 10 transactions) view
6. Account Statement view
7. Trade transaction dashboard
8. Secure 2FA (Two Factor Authentication)
9. Biometric based Authentication
10. Talk to your Relationship or Service Manager from the App

To avail the services, you need to have access to our Corporate Internet Banking Services and a smartphone. If you are an existing customer of our Corporate Internet Banking Services, you may download the App and commence using the same immediately. Get in touch with your CMS RM/Implementation Manager or call at 1800 2660 616 for information on registration, download the App and avail services on the go. The app is currently not very user-friendly, and it is difficult to navigate while using it. Kindly review the experience from a customer's point of view. Apps like IDFC First Bank offer quick support and smooth features, which you may consider adopting. Please take this feedback positively and improve the app and support services for a better user experience. while we are calling to support numbers always busy or wrong number 🤣🤣

worst app worst banking experience.. trying to make NEFT by mobile but upon entering corect otp and pin still it shows enter valied credentials. worst part is I have to do begging to your NavaNaroda branch that I am not bhikhari please give me mobile banking. when they give me, this app has lots of glitches... worst service. planning to shift my bank because this usless worst bank not able to provide mobile banking app even

Application says it's under maintenance. but if I reopen it goes in once in every two times. Fix this bug asap.
