Great Cookies, Terrible App. Placing an order for Pickup is clunky because the app keeps assuming you want the cookies delivered. As soon as you place the order, the confirmation page says that you've already picked up your cookies. The "Track Order" button does nothing. And the app doesn't always award you your points. The "My Order History" page shows that I've accrued 120 points, but the app has only awarded me 93 of those points. (Of course, you need at least 100 to get free cookies.)

Worth dealing with the shortcomings for the cheaper price. Though it's not much of a difference if you have premium passes on delivery apps. The app is just lacking refinement and has an unusual cart and checkout flow. I guess there is a way to track your order, or at least the delivery driver, but it isn't obvious in the app after placing an order. Instead the app just shows order history and receipts. The email you get provides a link that opens the tracker in app. Needlessly obfuscated

The UI, as others have said, is clunky, especially with the sliders. The opening order menu is confusing and it took me a minute to figure out that's how it says "start the order" instead of finishing it. It works I guess. I wish it didn't cut off my comments, or at the very least cut it off while I'm writing the comments. There's no way to add in a new comment either. The tracker is basically useless: no ETA, no location, just a "It's baking" "it's here". Tl;dr: has some issues but works okay EDIT: Tracker does work, surprisingly enough, but looks broken without further investigation
