The worst banking app I've ever used. Often times won't even work and gives network error. Biometrics never works because it always says "authentication required" despite me authenticating every time I open the app. Sometimes completely forgets your login information for no reason, etc. It's sad when you get excited just when the app functions as it should be expected to.

That could be way better and way more accurate because the app wasn't accurate I caused myself to be overdrawn the things that the app showed me when the dates do not add up with what's on paper that the bank printed out for me your app needs to be fixed vest are usually hold yourself accountable for having something that doesn't work well that cost me your customer money you should give me my money back I'm overdrawn a $150 it really is your fault but you won't accept it you'll suck for that

This is the most unreliable app. I have to Uninstall and reinstall almost every time I want to use it. Investar bank as a whole has not been a positive experience
