Ratings and reviews

I've used this account for a few months and up to this point, I've had no complaints. I've been super happy with the account. I even upgraded to the premium account that's $35/ month. And then, I had an issue with an online order I placed. Between the merchant and dealing with Lili's nonexistent customer service, I have no clue what's going on with money that should have been in my account. Some banking services are instant. Nothing is instant or even fast with Lili. Look elsewhere.

Ran into so many issues with depositing checks. They were rejecting them and not telling me why. After many calls and emails the only response I would get is "unable to give more information" I ended up opening account at different bank and depositing those same checks with zero issues. What's the point of having an account where I can't deposit money. **UPDATE** it's been almost a month and Lili has yet to contact me and put in any effort to correct the situation. Do not download this app.

So, for the longest time I loved this app! It was great, as I could organize my funds depending on what they were for. Until recently. I had lost my card and it was stolen. Some scumbag used my money and I lost over $600. Instead of helping, Lili's dispute team found NOTHING wrong with the unauthorized transactions. So, don't go with them unless you're going to have a tight grip on your card at all times.
