Have been a Pro subscriber for nearly two years, and had no trouble with this app. Then I got a new phone, and can't access Pro. I messaged JioSaavn, and they were particularly unhelpful, just telling me to sign in with my Facebook account, which I had already done. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app three times to no avail. I synced my phone number this time, and that may be the problem, but there is no way for me to unsync it. Three days, and still can't access what I paid for.

This app deserves 5 stars because of the good quality of the music and we can play as much songs as we want which is the main reason for me to love this app. Thankyou JioSaavn for giving us a new update of playing unlimited songs.

I’ve been using JioSaavn for quite some time now. The song collection is good, and the audio quality is decent. However, one big issue is that there are way too many ads. The joy of listening to music keeps getting interrupted by frequent advertisements. It feels like there’s an ad every two songs, which completely ruins the mood. It seems like only the paid version offers a proper ad-free experience. For free users, it would be nice if the number of ads was at least a bit more reasonable.
