I sent money to the app ,it was confirmed but it's not reflecting I messaged and called but no one is picking up or replying now the app isn't opening again. if the app is not working it should be taken down. I just got credited the money the next day , you can do better.

Good morning. I made an order this morning for some goods via delivery and I paid. My payment was successful but it didn't reflect on the app, as my order still remains in the cart. Kindly help look into it. All efforts to reach them via email, WhatsApp, and calls proved abortive.

The initiative is good, but there are a lot of things that need to be worked on. For instance, why not have all items organised according to the product type. For instance, soft drinks should all be in one folder or section, so when I click, I see all the software drinks you have, and same goes for other products. Organise them other than allow all items scattered on the explore page. Secondly, the search icon isn't working. When i click on search, it doesn't bring up search pane for me to type.

Hello me Young, thank you for your feedback we do value it. Please note items are classified by categories on the main product page, and you can search based on category, item name and by store simply by clicking explore (the magnifying glass icon).
