I've been using this app platform for years, it is hit or miss on notifications. My husband and I both downloaded it, enabled notifications, didn't change anything. His got the Tornado Warning, my did not. Mine got the Flood warning, his did not. Overlays and information on the radar us helpful but only certain Alerts remain pinned to the home page. So the alerts and notifications need some work the inherent radar and forecast options work well.

The app is good, pretty helpful. Fairly common for videos to be a little glitchy and also really common for me to get 3-5 notifications for the same alert/video even if I have already watched it which is really annoying and makes me want to turn off notifications as a whole and that basically defeats the entire purpose of me having this app installed. For example I recently watched the weather alert from SIX HOURS AGO and have since received 3 different notifications to watch it again. Why?

Notifications and Video Issues. Notifications do not reliably open the linked content in the app, especially when something newer has posted. Videos are very difficult to restart or repeat. Even refreshing the videos main page does not start a watched video from the beginning, making it also impossible to grab the video process bar to pull it to the beginning.
