Good weather, terrible notification setting. Kept getting a unknown audible notification throughout the day (not a big deal) and also at night (very big deal when in bed). Ended up causing me to have to download a notification tracking app since it wouldn't show up in my notification bar and I had turned off notifications on every app on my phone including the Fox 8 weather app. Wouldn't you know it, it pinged the Fox 8 weather app as the culprit. Deleted, Fox 8, no. more midnight dings...

Everything I need and accurate radar. I don't like or want ads on my weather app! Well, it's been a year, and the previous statement holds! However, I do really appreciate the updates to the app! Now, you get more accurate and in-depth radar and a 24-hour tab plus the past to present option! The only gripe I have is how long it takes to update the actual meteorologist at the station section. Sometimes, it's up to 8 or more hours since the latest on-air forecast!

I've been using this weather app for years,and it's the only app I use! No more Weather Channel or AccuWeather! It's super programmable. It can be set to follow you wherever you go,and has different overlays for rain,clouds,tropical storms, lightning ,etc. It shows! past,present, and future weather in a loop,so you can see what's comming,especially during hurricane season. By far the best weather app available,and it's FREE!!! A must have if you live in a Gulf state!
