Had an issue getting started as they said I used commercial audio when I didn't and took about w weeks to resolve. Then my next 3 reels I had no issues. However my last one still hasn't processed and it's been 6 days, customer service won't give me an answer. They're horrible about responding and you can't submit other reels for revenue until they process. This is supposed to be an easy process and they're making it suck!

I love the concept but the app crashes every time I try to load my Instagram content to sync so I'm missing out on money because I can't choose the video. It crashes every single time
