Biphasic sleep was the absolute norm for millenia before the modern 9-5. People would go to bed for four hours or so, then get up in the middle of the night for an hour or so, then go back to bed. If you even wake up to pee and go RIGHT back to bed afterward, it still refuses to track the second half of your sleep no matter how deeply you sleep. The worst is that if you forget to sync your watch to the app daily, you lose all your data from the day, unlike other more popular fitness trackers.

Hello, the data can be stored on the bracelet for seven days. You can still view the data of the previous day when you open the APP the next day. You can submit a feedback in the APP and the staff member will help you.

My Fitness Tracker just stopped being able to charge. There is only one one way the magnets connect and absolutely no charging. I cleaned the contacts on both the Tracker and charging cable. I went to the app and just reset it and it did the job. Whew!! I thought it was a goner for sure. Sorry about the negative review - just scanned the bar code on the box and the light bulb in my brain came on.

For the most part I like the app. The only thing that seems messed up is the Sleep mode. the sleep mode doesn't work quite right. I think the awake is mixed up with sleep... it keeps showing me awake most of the night and asleep when I know I am awake. But that's the only thing I find wrong. It would be neat to have stress levels and breathing exercise but not a necessity.
