Worst app for delivery. For the last few orders, delivery is getting delayed for more than 1 hour. Food was ready in the restaurant but nobody was there is pickup. App shows its arriving in 10 min but when we call the assigned driver he don't know about the order. Very very bad service. Don't waste your time and money on this app. Stay away from this app. Use talabat or TM done.

this application is amazing i don't know why it's under rated like this, it's better than talabat, they have many offers and in Wednesday you order one meal and take another one for free, even the delivery fees is reasonable not like talabat, and you can take one month free delivery, and when you order the first two order you will take 50% discount, some time the delivery may come late but that's because the food need to be prepared and the location is far. please don't judge until you try

terrible customer service, they wont respond when the order is wrong. not worth the hassle. i rather use any other app than deal with this poor customer service. edit: one week later and no response. avoid this app, you will get no customer support edit: they refunded only after a wave of negative comments but only in credit, the second order was also messed up avoid headaches and avoid this app
