To ensure the nanny-share arrangement is a success, families need to first align on several logistical criteria, such as: schedule, location, hourly pay, and more.

The Kiddo nanny-share app will intake your requirements and will show you nearby families that match your criteria.

You will swipe right on profiles that could be a good fit.

One you match with another family, you may begin messaging and making arrangements for a phone or in-person interview outside of the app.

Matched families are able to then start a nanny-share arrangement and split the cost of childcare in half!
