Ratings and reviews

I have no idea how the reviews are so positive. After weeks of problems, I went on Trustpilot and so far haven't found a positive one. Avoid and don't pay the money! You can't block or limit specific apps (as advertised), it's all or nothing. The time on the phone is counted from the moment your child unblocks their phone, it doesn't measure the actual time spent which was the main feature for me. Plus it glitches when unblocking the time and does it randomly or takes time and effort to unblock!

Free version was great so we opted for the paid version to get more features we wanted. There was no monthly subscription option, only a yearly option. We had about 1.5 months no issues, but then it wouldn't lock when it should've and would lock when it shouldn't. It also did not block inappropriate websites at all or track the sites visited. Despite its failures, you can't get any refunds. Customer service was a joke, you have to use the bot that isn't helpful at all. Don't waste your money.

Appalling. Was ok at start,although took some fiddling to get apps in the right place for restrictions. Decided to buy annual as on offer and then upgraded my phone. Would not accept I'd already paid, so the app wouldn't work fully and my child was vulnerable. Don't bother with customer services. Take an hour to answer chat, 30 minutes in between each message, this went on for two nights. Then they said they needed to contact Google Play and would come back to me but never did. Waste of money.
