The King hardware is state of the art, top notch, but the software absolutely sucks! It is not user friendly or intuitive and fights me every time. It runs fine through most of the setup, taking my commands at the prompts, but then it says my phone isn't connected to the system and won't let me complete the setup! Soooo Frustrating!!

It would be nice to have a feature that allows one to put the Falcon antenna back into a stow position. I haven't seen this in the user manual, and driving with the antenna turned adds wind resistance and increases the risk of damage in my opinion. Or program the antenna to automatically return to stow position when it disconnects from the external Wi-Fi source.

Spent 5 hours getting it to work went to add a wifi spot and when it was rebooting it went into a loop where my phone wont connect until I change the default router name and I cant change the router name cuz my phone wont connect. Modem was nice for a day now I have $200 worth of junk. Customer service is non existant.
