Ratings and reviews

This platform is broken, both the website and the app. On the app it crashes when I upload my id. On both the app and website there are frequent inactivity notices, even when you are actively using the app. When you press "I am still here" the app does nothing so I can't complete my form. On the website when I press the same button it takes me out of the form and back to the messaging. When I go back to the form all fields I already filled in are empty, making it impossible for me to complete.

Cookies are broken or a non-existent feature. Both the app and web based client suffer from the same issue. It may recognize you, even ask for biometrics if you have that configured, but then you still have to re-enter your cell number, and re-authenticate with codes to both your cell and email, then re-supply your birthdate each time you log in. Even if I choose to remember the device for 30 days. It has been this way as long as I can remember. Plus attachments don't always work from the app.

BROKEN It crashes when trying to upload anything. Then requires you to re-authenticate then just crashes AGAIN. over and over and over. And apparently I have accounts in OTHER STATES I HAVE NEVER EVEN VISITED. So somewhere there is a major breach of my personal data. So I'm going to try and have my info scrubbed from this app. If at all possible.
