Horrible app. I had previously signed up for an account and was logged out when the app updated. After inputting your phone number it takes you to a screen to set up an account. After filling out all of the fields it says there is already an account with my email. So, I am unable to get into my account because there isn't a login screen.

Easy to use app, that allows you to cut the waiting in store. Klatch coffee is great coffee, and at a competitive industry price.

I am never able to access my birthday coffee. One time, I let the team member behind the register look at my phone to see that it was actually my birthday, and she wouldn't help me. When I tried emailing the company, I got no response. Was so disappointed, I deleted the app from my phone and stopped visiting Klatch Coffee. that was back in August 2024. I really love the product, so I reinstated my app and took part in this survey that immediately popped up when I did so. Thank you.
