Doesn't work, tried placing an order yesterday and it kept saying error about loyalty and rewards, even though I was not using anything but my card. So I double checked my bank and it charged me the 2x I tried to place the order. I was refunded by the store, and ordered there. Not happy with it so far. Emailed the info email provided. No response so far.

App is pretty bad. When putting my address in, I have to scroll through every city in CA to find mine... Seriously? I put my credit card in, but doesn't show my credit card so I can pay. When searching for locations, it doesn't even show the location I'm going to.

Misleading description when NOT all stores even run rewards or the app. "Live the #Tacolife anywhere at any time with our new Chronic Tacos App!" Downloaded app, signed up & set my store to Newport where I usually get my food, been eating there for 15yrs. Was in Corona, CA today. Didn't set the store to this specific location, I mean it's a free taco for signing up to the app, how exclusive can this be? Well staff told me they don't run the app at all after I ordered food. No free 🌮, no pts.
