Very bad service. Kotak New customer care is extremely frustrating. Every time I call, I wait 25–30 minutes, only for the call to get disconnected automatically without any help or explanation. It is very annoying and makes it nearly impossible to get timely assistance or resolve banking issues. The whole experience is extremely disappointing and stressful.

Not a good app, app is very slow. logout problem, too much data los, money loss. stop loss doesn't get Activated, so I don't suggest this app. please use Zerodha or other app. big problem is trade is sometime auto executed and stop loss don't hit so many problem are their with this app, I don't suggest any one.

IN THIS app that you are doing like fraudulent service to customers in options trading. many changes chart to portfolio list at the same time of running options market .when chart is correct in price on intraday stock but portfolio price in very low . in square off time how to observe values .that you can say" check network connection " . this is not single time and also with 5G network signal
