While a bit hard to get used to, its well worth it once you learn everything. a bit strange how desktop version has less features than web and I got lost in that for AWHILE before figuring it out. So all in all, a bit hard to grow into but great once you do. Not as pleasant a layout as sonething like robinhood and doesn't show percent change in value...... Good for traders. Bad for people who just want a nice pleasant pretty to look at, easy to understand exchange.

Absolute waste of time. Created an account. Was unable to verify the account because the site failed to process info. Went to log in the next day, says it doesn't recognize the device and wants me to enter an emailed code. I enter the 6 digit code and it tell me it's wrong. Ask for another and get "oops something went wrong". Absolute waste of time, do not recommend.

When are you going to fix your app?? It was clunky before, now you can't even get past the login screen. The app doesn't let me look at many of the coins i can access in the website, my watchlist doesn't synch, etc. I've enjoyed enjoyed kraken for years, but now I'm looking for a different exchange because this one simply doesn't function and i can't make trades or check prices.
