I've rated this app as very poor because the instructions and advice on how to use the tickets and vouchers on the App are impossible. Spent alot of money on a visit on 27th April 2024 but wasted the unlimited digital photos fee, and lost alot of time, due to staff not understanding how the app works when on site. To be fair, the map and reserve and ride tools are brilliant, but take three phones as you'll run out if battery after half a day (charging stations would be a great idea).

The app is great for seeing the map and setting reminders for timed events like shows so you don't miss them. the 'ticket' section doesn't work properly though, as I have booked 3 tickets but it is showing each of them 9 times - I certainly don't need to see 27 tickets when I only have 3. Otherwise, this is a good app.

Very good apart from all the wasps!!! The park needs to place waspinators around the perimeter to reduce the amount. Other theme parks have them, & they are very effective 👍 Thanks for reading
