I was quite happy to use this app and to have electronic m-tickets. I normally book several days in advance as the tickets are cheaper. But then my mobile broke and now I cannot access my pre- booked tickets anymore (with a new mobile, but same account!). They are there but cannot be activated, so are useless. I spent hours with help desk but they are not helping me. They don't understand the problem, they keep saying I should reinstall the app. It is awful that I cannot have my tickets anymore (6 days!), having paid for them in advance. I shall not use this app anymore. Beware, it can happen to anybody.
Poor password protection A password of maximum 10 characters and no special characters is appalling for this age; if youre encrypting the passwords then you really should accept anything. Also trying to register with an "invalid" password results in having to enter everything again (I gave up!). And, why can't I register a credit card before buying a ticket?
Crashed and I lost all my tickets Apart from the annoying 'are you sure you want to go back to the main menu' message you get all the time, the app made me lose all my tickets. Because it crashed I had to reinstall it again. However, I wasn't able to download the tickets anymore and was told I had no valid tickets. Highly NOT recommended!
Good service, awkward and clunky app Navigation often requires too many clicks and going back one step seems to be impossible. Doesnt display ticket prices simultaneously while booking meaning looking for the cheapest route is awkward. No transaction fees though which is nice.
So far, so good. Downloaded, created account (online), purchased m-tickets. Just hoping train crew and station staff recognise them. M-tickets should be cheaper if purchased through app to encourage use. None of the online links work for me (Facebook, Twitter, tube)
Won't let me log in Couldn't log in to get my ticket, Even though my log in details were correct. Try explaining to the conductor why you only have a booking form printout to show them ( if you have chance to print it out before travel) The ticket desk staff are absolutely USELESS! "Internet tickets? Nowt to do with us sir" Caused loads of stress on a very stressful day especially when they cancelled the train I HAD originally booked! Use this app at your peril!
