every time you try to like get the apps or on focus it gives you like a black screen if your computer got connected to it that means it's already in there you cannot get it back

I have tried using this app on my daughters laptop and on my phone and the app does not work on either device. She is missing out on extra opportunities they are given and being able to do her work in advance.

I am a student who uses this app on a daily basis. It doesn't work on my phone so I can't check my grades without my school device. Please fix this as soon as possible because this isn't just a problem for me but for multiple people as you can see in the reviews.
