Ratings and reviews

Used to be great....now I'm not sure why I've been paying for it. It constantly crashes. It takes forever to update locations, if at all. Most of the time it's not notifying when family leaves certain areas even if notifications are turned on. Not synced to real time AT ALL. Middle of the night, get a notification (shocked) that says my husband has left a location miles away....while he's asleep next to me! Used to provide a peace of mind.....not anymore, at all.

This App is not working correctly. It does not give me accurate information on location on family members or myself. I show as driving,when I can be home just relaxing. I see a different address show, and actual location pinned differently, also , before it would notify me when leaving or arriving from or to the destination and now, nothing shows,nor no notification occurs as before. Not sure what's going on, but I'm very disappointed with the App, or update. Needs fixing ASAP.

We've used this app for years and find it very useful. The one thing I don't like about it is that is says it doesn't track you Bluetooth / handsfree phone activity but it does. I listen to podcasts using Bluetooth when I dive but the weekly report makes it looks like I'm playing with social media or on my phone without using Bluetooth. They need to change that. I wanted to speak to someone about the misleading reporting but wad unable to.
