LifeGuardian Connect is designed to help caregivers and family members interact with the LifeGuardian SmartHome medical alarm system for those they care for. With LifeGuardian Connect, you can:
• Receive alerts for alarms and critical events
• Update the user’s information and monitor vital signs through the free TeleHealth Service
• Set Geofence areas and receive alerts when the user enters or leaves specified zones
• Monitor the user’s overall wellbeing
You can also make voice or video calls to the user via their LifeGuardian SmartHome IPD, SmartHome Mate, or SmartMobile App. This optional service is free for the first two months, after which a nominal fee applies.
Note: The person being monitored must grant permission for you to access or modify their information.
