About this app

Are you tired of filling out monotonous medical history forms? Me too. That's why I created an app to e-mail my medication list. It can make those forms easier to deal with.
.
Every time I visit a new doctor, they want me to fill out another long boring medical history form. They all want the same basic information but each form has a different format so you can't just use a copy of the last one you completed.
.
The worst part is the medications list. You know, writing out all those long nonsensical drug names that are difficult to pronounce and nearly impossible to spell. Of course the doctors needs this information. But honestly, I don't even want to remember those silly names, much less struggle to write them down again.

So, why not have a simple app you can carry around in your cell phone? Instead of copying the same stuff over and over again, enter the information about your medications once to the app and e-mail the list whenever you need. Easier, right?

You bet it is. Worked for me already. Went to a new dentist recently (the old one kept raising his prices). When his receptionist gave me the medical history form, I powered up my phone and sent him my drug list with just a couple of quick clicks, right there in his office. I was prepared. You will be too, after you install this app. Might even come in handy during emergencies.

This app is designed to be easy to use. Not a lot of bells and whistles to complicate things. Give it a try.

This solves a major question all care givers ask, "What drugs do you take?" Once you complete the list you'll be amazed by the number of drugs in your system. AND! If you use your medicine bottles to complete the list you will also have the correct spelling of the drugs. I only use it occasionally, but when I need the info it's always on my phone!

I like the fact that this app gets straight to the pointtttt!!!!!!. I would have given 5 stars except there isn't a note area on the app. U know, somewhere one can write down a medical question or answer. Somewhere one can write a note about themselves for medical purposes. U Know? Anyway, I do appriciate the app for the simplicity of being able to find a list of my meds so quickly. Right at the tip of my finger. Thank u. 😊 Pls consider adding a note area. Then it would b set. 😉

Pretty basic. Room to enter the RX name, dosage, and a short line for instructions, and a check box for nonprescriptions - that's it. There is no space for additional notes like prescribing doctor, pharmacy, pricing, interactions, etc...It would be nice to be able to sort the list too, but all you can do is put prescriptions first. Thanks for the reply. I see 3 dots and settings, but no other option other than to "List Prescriptions First".

Sorry you are not pleased with the app, Shelly. You do have the option of sorting the entire list. Please see the "Settings" option in the drop down menu activated by the three vertical dots at the upper right hand corner of the main screen. Uncheck the "List Prescriptions First" to sort the entire list.
