App is not good at all. Takes a long time to get a load, takes a long time to get reloaded, a bot answers customer service questions, can't schedule 2 trucks in the same location to the same well, you don't get paid deadhead, they send you to a well close or over 75 miles, it sends you a messages that you haven't delivered a load when you are at a down well, only gives info after you accept load, no list of current wells running just the ones that are down. Waste of $ since this is a time waster

the map function doesn't work correctly doesn't even give coordinates. also it loves to push you but doesn't take into account when you have issues like you have to fix your lights, get fuel or need to take a 30 minute break and you might miss the next load because of it but it's better than getting a ticket. it's basically like when you work produce water having a pusher that's all this app does.

Really would like to love this app but as it stands, pretty horrendous. You are given loads to pick up that's far out while there's a shipper 30-40 mi. away. Great way to bring your revenue to the truck down quickly. Rankings=competition, which if you drive you know that is a recipie that creates many safety concerns. Loads getting rerouted making you deadhead longer & if it's true that you get passed over due to your ranking or time it takes to deliver that's a shame especially for newbies.
