You need to give Nigerians ability to verify using nin. Cause majority don't have a driver's license or passport. Which makes it difficult for verification, aside from that. It's a wonderful app. Also the charges for transfers and conversation is really high, please reduce it too. Why do I have to pay #500 to withdraw #1000 making it a total of #1500 transaction which is too high.

This app doesn't deserve any star. The charges will turns your funds to NOTHING. Avoid. If you deposit, they'll deduct fees, if you change into crypto another 2%. if you now send crypto another crazy rate higher than 2%.... In short, every moving of money comes with crazy fees. At the end of the day, sending just $10, can cost you like $15 (from deposit to sending).

The transaction charges are too much. 2% on every buy and sell. if it is 2% per at least five consecutive transactions, it will be fine. Not just that, after paying the big charges, you will still get the Coins at future price, which is bad. if you want to sell your coin, you get big charges again and sell at a lesser price compared to the current price of the coin which can make you lose most of your profit. Kindly review the charges and ensure coin are bought and sold in current price.
