I regret ever using this useless app. I sent money from my Opay account to this app till now the money has not reflected in the app. I tried to speak with their customer care on Whatsapp, they are not even active on Whatsapp to respond messages. The in-app MCD Assistant is not even programmed well to assist through with resolving any issue at all. It keeps asking you to report your issues and keeps wasting one's time with off point response. Opay said they sent the money successfully to them.

Too much advertising, To deposit money N50 charge, and to buy airtime, N20 charge, am done with this app 👎👎👎

Dear User, The deposit charge is from the provider, and we even subsidize it. You will only see the advert video if you choose to pay with General Market for free instead of using your wallet. We don't charge for Airtime purchases; we rather give commission. I guess you mean data.

Nice app to use. However, there are some issues. First, slow loading and processing time. Second, the general market is not functioning as one can't purchase or pay bills using it. Third, my virtual account is not bearing my name as well as in my wallet I... Additional data fee which is different from what is been displayed on the options. There's a time I subscribed for 1GB l, the amount was debited from my wallet but the data was not credited to my number, even after I chatted them online.
