Ratings and reviews

Barely usable slop. Bugs every step of the way. Seems to be optimized to require as many taps as possible to reach anything. Pages take several seconds to load. Lists of properties flash, scrolling works intermittently, the cursor sometimes jumps to the front of a line of text. The list goes on and on.

There should be more options for filtering the status. I should be able to filter out active listings that have accepted or even pending offers. Without that it basically makes it worthless to me as I may be looking at houses that I have no chance of purchasing. This will also make more work for me realtor as he will have to look up the MLS and get back to me that there is an accepted offer.

This app was facilitated to me by my realtor Elena Ivani. It has suck a user friendly interface that even though I am done looking I still come in to browse around. It's easy to find what you are looking for and it has so many different search criteria to filter by. It has various search type options and a favorites option. Truly recommend as a home searching tool for your next move.
