Can't use the app because only one account can be registered with one RFID card the RFID card I want to manage is already registered. In practical terms if you have more than one driver using a car, then they should each be able to manage/check the balance. Sure, have account additions authorised by the master account, but you need to allow this. As usual, no thought put into use cases when it comes to apps built in PH. It's more fun in the Philippines!

Incredibly annoying! The app takes longer to update the transaction history! The passes from January and February are still not showing up, even though they are meant to update in real time or at least a few days later. They'll simply charge you for the "balance" they claimed, and since the transaction history hasn't been updated, you won't even be able to double-check! Asked them for exact toll fees and dates of those passes when my load wasn't deducted but to no avail 😑

First, it doesn't show you how much is your load so you won't know if your load is enough for your trip. It only shows you when your balance is low. Next, it locked me out completely from the app. Now, I can't access it. It doesn't even recognize the email I used to register or the biometrics I use to log in. I'd rather use the old app. That's the improvement that they promised. Useless app!
