So far the app has been buggy, with notifications not being delivered until hours after they are supposed to, there isn't any ability to set a preference for lyft or a cab company. My rides have consistently been scheduled to make me arrive 45+ minutes early, and I know of people who have their rides delivering them to their destination an hour early. Customer support is indifferent or dismissive of customer help requests. "I'm sure they'll get to it eventually" as one agent said to me.

Changing my rating back to 4 bc they updated and fixed that bug(thanks) I still hope that one day they will have it where we can leave a note for the driver. if they do that it will be a full 5 stars. the option for notes wud be better bc the GPS is wrong & the driver waits at the wrong building and I miss my ride. then I'm having to call back and schedule a new ride that I have to wait an hour or so for. The call center can leave additional notes so the driver can find me, so why not the app?

since they worked out the bugs, it's a really good app and does what it is meant for. The only thing that I see is that you can't make a double reservation if you have more than one appointment in a day. Not all appointment can be set. One Of my reoccurring appointments the app won't accept the Address. Notifications after midnight is crazy.
