Items to buy are not categorized at all, so it's very difficult to keep track of what items you've seen or haven't seen. Navigating the site is difficult. I kept getting knocked off the site, and it happened 5 or 6 times. Then, you have to go through the sign in steps, once again, including a code emailed to you that's part of the sign in steps. Once you go through that, you have to start at the top of the items list all over again. It's a great benefit! The site needs help!

This app will not work for me. No matter what I do, I can't get past the screen where I enter my member number. I have tried force quitting the app and clearing the app cache. I've tried deleting the app, turning my device off and wiping the partition cache, and then reinstalling the app. Still nothing. In theory, your system having the scanner for in store UPC codes is a great idea, but I can't use it because when I enter my member number all I get is your throbber going for minutes at a time.

A couple of MAJOR flaws. I had to call customer service to get it working at all (webapp was fine). My thanks to a very helpful and friendly CSR agent. The next problem was not being able to log in at stores. Turned out it would work on WIFI but not a mobile network. I had to login to the local Walmart guest WIFI network to be able to get in the app. Unfortunately the same procedure did not work at Kroger. Will update when I figure out more.
