for me on my i9100 with CM10.2. But I think it's device and rom dependent and is not a problem of the app. At least 'network info ii' is still showing the old address.

Does not change Mac. Verified with fing on another device. Die MAC Adresse wird nicht geändert auf einem gerooteten S3 Mini unter Android 4.1.2. So ist die App völlig unbrauchbar

The tool looks good, is quite easy to use, but unfortunately does not do what it is supposed to do: The MAC address remains as before (changes every time the ZP800 connects to a WLAN) and is not set to the preferred constant value. :( I need to say: The requirement Android 2.1 or higher is not met: Mine is still running 4.1 ...
