Ya sounds like a good idea to put advertisements on the open of the app that you see your security cameras on. Good call, so when I get a notification that my cameras have movement when I'm not home I have to wait for the ad to end. looking at your rating, it looks like you need to abandon this stupid idea. Regardless if your a subscriber or not they bought your cameras, give them the service they paid for. When I bought this system I bought it ad free. wait 5 plus years and add ads to me.

Now even if you're subscribed you have to watch timed unskippable ads. most of them are just games but some of them are straight up scam like telling you to click here or continue to camera but it's just a link to somewhere else. That is unacceptable. If you're thinking about getting their products do not buy unless they change, if they don't change I'll be trashing my whole system and moving to something else.

Well, this sealed the deal. With the adding of the ads just to open the app to view what's going on in or around my house, this was the final straw for me to move on to a new and better brand. The cameras have always been average quality but I have never cared for the app. "New improvements" came out yet nothing ever seemed to be better and did not compare to apps for other camera systems. I cannot believe this is what a company agreed on thinking customers would be fine with it.
