I was looking for a camera system that was simple and didn't require a subscription to anything. For years this was perfect and I was incredibly happy with them. Then they decided to sell out their users. With the software update the reliability of the camera feeds has dropped significantly. It frequently fails to connect to cameras. But what now works every time is the ad placement. They're intrusive, almost impossible to dismiss without accidentally clicking the ad. Skip this camera system.

app no longer works consistently. I subscribed and used this app for years. I canceled after the annoying ads started this year. A couple months later, I resubscribed because the app seemed to work better and I missed the cloud access. Now it has become so slow to respond. Settings changes don't go through. It shows cameras offline in the app, but working on the website. It was a mistake to resubscribe. I won't do it again.

Terrible! They added ads! Takes forever to open now! Hate it now honestly. When you have children at home and need to open the app in an emergency, Good luck! You'll have to wait up to a few min for all the ads to stop. AND yes you're paying for this! They don't care if you're a paid subscriber. Time to look for other cameras. UPDATE : ADS HAVE GOTTEN WORSE. NOT PAYING THE SUBSCRIPTION ANYMORE.
