If you need to unsubscribe, please do so at least 24 hours before renewal date in the "Account Settings".

Edit: Zmodo has taken steps to address the issue I complained about so I'm updating my review from 1 star to 4. The issue was with an ad that plays immediately when you open the app. It was very long and could not be skipped but as of today the ad can be skipped after just a couple seconds. It would be nice if there were no ads when you first open the app but since I'm using the free version I guess that's reasonable. Hopefully paying customers don't get any ads. Thanks

I'd have a number of these devices and let's just say I wouldn't waste my time. Apparently the product breaks down or just stops working correctly. The first one I purchase lasted a couple years which wasn't bad. Second one I purchased obviously only lasted maybe three months if that I'm in touch with tech support let's just say good luck with that. PS there's way too much advertisement that that is not needed

A recent update has flooded the app with ads that open browser links on their own to sites that Firefox deems dangerous. There is no way to access the app without clicking on the ads. There are fake "X"s that do not close the ads, but open links. Previously free features are now locked behind a subscription. Do yourself a favour and avoid this company. They changed the terms of the sale after the sale. Entirely unethical and should be illegal. They've made the app unusable.
