Horrible service. Zmodo systems and camera clarity used to be great. I've had 12 cameras running at once for at least 7 or 8 years. All of a sudden, they will all disconnect at some point. A few of them will pop back on briefly then won't reconnect, after several attempts. Two of them finally, mysteriously pop on by themselves, and after a couple of minutes, neither of them will stay connected. No tech support anymore, just AI!!! Waste of time and money!

Crashes all the time now. For the last 6 months I try to look at my camera and it won't even open. I've uninstalled 3 or 4 times, and it's still happening. Aside from being frustrating, it's wasting my time. I am much happier with my Wyze cams I've also installed. Zmodo used to be good, but now, not so much. I'm not buying any more Zmodos I currently have 3 and 3 Wyze.

Want more 🌟? 1) If I close the app...I want the ability to open it back up and be where I was when I closed it... show THAT when I open it up again. This is an app that is for safety and should be designed as such. That could be the difference between good & bad. 2) Not sure why we have to clear the cache and/or restart the app soo much due to cameras freezing. I have other cameras/app and have no issues with this happening. UPDATE: 6/24/24 and still the same😒That's why I don't pay monthly🤷‍
