New app is horrible. doesn't show an arrow, but a circle. you're not sure which way you're pointed. Doesn't show any red or yellow back up traffic, when open, or when route is established. Led me right into a huge jam. very few adjustments on free app. There are other free GPS maps that are better. Have a feeling they will only show these things with the paid app. Until fixed, I'm done.

the app doesn't have reliable search results. I searched for an xfinity store, and the first location it took me to had no xfinity store. Today is telling me that my local grocery store is closed when I know it's open, and the store hours it shows are wrong. If you want people to pay for this, you've got to do better. Also, you should warn people when you're going to do an "update." It's really annoying to discover that all the controls are in different when you're trying to get to work.

You took an easy to use, reliable product and turned it into a hot mess. You should fire the entire crew of software programmers and go back to the legacy version or at least offer that option to users. Didn't you ever hear "if it's not broke, don't fix it?" Now I have to find a new navigation app. So frustrating. p.s. Forced migrations to an inferior product is frustrating and loses you customers.
