Ratings and reviews

Every time I order for pickup or delivery on this app, they have issues getting my order correct. From missing items, to incorrect items. the app also always ends up charging extra to my debit card, and customer service does not refund!!! They submit a report or case, and then send it to oblivion. Use Walmart app or even Kroger's app instead. Barely any issues with those. And the few cases, were resolved by customer service. Plus, I have not been charged extra like with this app.

New app is horrible! First problem is every time I open the app I have to set my store(only 1 store within 30 miles). Clipped deals cannot be added to my list nor can they be removed once added. I even sent an email inquiring about it was just told that option was removed. When adding things from the weekly ad, I am unable to add the digital coupons. Have to look those up and then add. Too confusing and for the first time I would rather shop at my local Walmart than use Tom Thumb.

This stupid app is now required to access sales in the store. I don't mean required if you're shopping online, I mean you need this useless bloatware on your phone while you're physically shopping in the store in order to not get ripped off at checkout. A member card used to accomplish the same thing. Even WORSE are their bait-and-switch deals. They'll have some item on sale with a limit of four or whatnot, but buying any amount, even 1, burns the deal, & you can't come back for the rest later.

Now you can pay for fuel and redeem Points right in the app! Find it under the Member tab. Available only at stores with a fuel station.
