Ratings and reviews

Slower than my four foot tall Grandma that can barely see over the steering wheel driving on the highway! I am over 2mins waiting on an item search, then left the app and decided to write a review. Come on! Do better! Trying to make a shopping list and as long as each item is taking, I could have driven to the store, shopped, checked out and driven home! What's the point?

The Tom Thumb app has been very hit and miss for the last few months. To the point where I finally got annoyed enough to open Play Store and actually leave an app review. whether I'm in the store on a crowded Wi-Fi network because my signal can't pierce the metal roof, or at home on my fiber internet, I can't get the app the load a simple search without sitting there for minutes on end so see if something is on sale. It'll load the weekly ad, anything I can navigate to just fine. But search? no.

I do a good deal of shopping through the app. It works really good for the most part. The only criticisms I really have is that if you order hot food sometimes it won't come for some reason, and I wish that the filter only show what is in stock was automatically on. Oh, and that when you set substitutions that they not be allowed to substitute it with anything else without approval.
