Very bad communication feedback. There is no access to report complaints. My money has been stucked since the 16th of Sept till now.

I have deposited money for transfer, and it is a few days still pending and trying to call them no answer.

Money debited from bank account but those are not being tracked in the website. Connecting with the application and waiting for long time.. I am scared
