This app is garbage, you have to manually sync accounts multiple times a day because it loses connection after a couple hours. Which defeats the purpose of not having to login and add offers manually. My chase account won't even sync anymore. Max rewards even has it in their FAQ section why some institutions won't always sync. They want you to "call the bank and have an agent reset your password every time you lose connection." Who has time for that? That defeats the purpose of the app.

The app offered me a promotion claiming I would pay $0 for gold and when I accepted it, they immediately charged me $54. After this review, the team resolved my issue which I appreciate, but it shouldn't have been necessary. The app also has issues if you happen to have two cards that share the same final 4 digits. otherwise it's a handy application.

I decided to cancel my subscription and delete my account as the app did not support the cashapp and PayPal debit card. since I plan to use the 5% PayPal card as my top card for restaurants, it significantly lowers the benefits of the best card screen. I might return in the future if I get more cards, but we will see. I also didn't see the $9 per month value add for my situation. additionally, It would be really nice if there was a warning for the statement billing cycle.
