The app simply doesn’t work. I can’t log in, can’t view my contract, and constantly get “technical error” messages. My contract expired and I can’t renew anything because both the app and website are broken. The chatbot keeps telling me to “use the app” even though the app itself is unusable. Completely stuck with no support. This needs to be fixed urgently.

So many problems with logging in.. Edit to respond: the same issues that so many people have when logging in: "Da hat etwas nicht geklappt" or the fact that I cannot even login in with a code from my messages. Also, sometimes the option for code login appears, sometimes it doesn't. Like other users, I have tried with erasing the cache, reinstalling the app, and still nothing. Edit 2: I can login on the website, but it's useless for recharging the prepaid card

just terrible, phone support, email support and the app. second time I'm abroad and only have problems. Last time roaming was broken the whole trip and they could fix anything. made my trip a hell until is was able to buy 3rd party roaming via VPN. Now I can not even install a esim, every other provider just installs from the app. They want to sent it via snailmail, like I'm living in the last century. Definitely time to switch providers
