Ratings and reviews

After seeing fare of 1k in the app for airport transfer, i took a kerbside booking at the same time from the airport. The final bill was 400 more (40 percent more) from what was shown in the app. Upon calling the customer care they say as per their policy, even at the same time, the fare will vary depending upon where I book it from (app, direct or call). Doesn't make sense as to why the prices would vary so much despite all booking and payments ultimately being managed via the same app.

Credit card addition to payments methods does not work. No matter how many times we complete this process of adding the card and verifying successfully, the credit card doesn't show up in the payment methods. This isn't the level of below par quality I was expecting from such a widely used app. On a Pixel 5 with Android 13.

Tolls are not included in the outstation ride total cost. Just a little detail everyone should know. So the price appears to be lesser than Ola/MakeMyTrip, but it's actually not. Also, keep an eye on the route your driver is taking. My 254km ride became 292km by the end of the trip. Which obviously took longer and I was charged extra accordingly. The driving was fine. But I think the app developers should at least keep an eye out for whether the route is followed or not.
